Review your Workstream

Open a ready Workstream to start with Review. Its brief brings related material together and points you toward items that may need attention.

Read the main brief, then choose another angle when one is offered. Open an observation’s evidence to inspect the original Note passages. Suggested questions let you look more closely through the saved conversation.

The brief reflects the Notes and focus used for the current Workstream version. Adding new material or changing focus prepares a replacement. The previous view stays readable until the update is ready.

Open Tasks to see the checklist. Switch between To do and Done, complete or reopen tasks, and use the available add, edit, or delete controls.

A generated task names the supporting Note where available. Edited here identifies a task you changed in the Workstream. Added here identifies one you created there.

Workstream task completion is independent of Note task completion. A task you add yourself is not presented as something recorded in a Note.

Threads groups related decisions, tasks, blockers, and other items into smaller topics. Open a Thread to read its brief, inspect evidence, or continue in a Chat focused on it.

Use Active and Done to find unfinished and finished Threads. Marking a Thread done keeps it readable. Opening it again does not reopen it or complete its individual tasks.

You can create and rename Threads and move items between them. These choices are preserved during ordinary updates. Rebuild AI threads is an explicit reset of that manual organization. Read its confirmation before continuing.

Open History to follow changes across the Workstream’s Notes. A possible change compares earlier and newer evidence. Read both passages before accepting or dismissing it.

These are suggestions for review. An apparent change may come from incomplete wording or different context. A dismissed suggestion can return if later material adds new evidence.

Sources lists the Notes included in the Workstream. Open one to return to its original material.

Map shows relationships between items. Select an item to inspect it and its connections. Use the zoom and fit controls when the whole map does not fit. Selecting the same item again clears the selection.

To discuss what you find, continue in Chat.
