The project has two open tracks
The first discussion covers the website launch and the hiring plan. Both remain in scope for this example.
A Workstream connects related Notes so you can follow decisions, open work, and changes over time. The original Notes stay in your library.
You need at least one completed Note before creating a Workstream. You can add more later.
The selection shows your current Note allowance. The Selected and Available views help you check what will be included. Incomplete or failed Notes are not eligible.
You can also start from selected Notes in your library and choose Add to Workstream to attach them to an existing Workstream.
Leave focus empty when the whole set of Notes belongs to the topic. Add a focus when the Notes cover several things and you want the Workstream to follow one of them.
For example, a planning call might discuss a website launch and hiring. A focus such as “Website launch decisions, deadlines, and open approvals” helps keep the Workstream about the launch.
Focus does not edit the original Notes. Workstream Chat starts with that focus and can use broader attached material when you ask it to.
Select at least one Note to explore this sample brief.
The first discussion covers the website launch and the hiring plan. Both remain in scope for this example.
The sample brief follows launch scope and review timing. The hiring discussion stays outside this focus.
The readiness check adds that final copy still needs approval.
A prepared example of scope. In your workspace, Vyxora builds the Workstream from the completed Notes you select.
Open the Workstream’s management controls, then Manage notes. Check Selected and Available, change membership, and save the update. A Note can belong to more than one Workstream.
Vyxora prepares an updated view from the new selection. The previous version stays readable while that work runs. Removing a Note from a Workstream does not delete it from your library.
If a build fails, open the Workstream and use the recovery or retry action it offers. Avoid creating another Workstream just because the first one is still preparing.
