Account, billing, and privacy

Open Account in the workspace to manage your profile, security, current session, and billing. Your Notes, Workstreams, and saved chats are tied to your account.

Profile and sign-out

Use the available profile and security controls to manage your sign-in details. Choose Sign out when you want to end your session in that browser.

Signing out leaves saved content in your account. Sign back into the same account to return to it.

AI processing permission

Under AI processing, review the disclosure and choose whether Vyxora may process content with AI. Your choice applies to the account, so you do not need to repeat it for every recording.

Declining or withdrawing permission blocks new AI work. You can still read saved content and use account controls. Work that was already in progress is not cancelled by changing this choice.

The privacy policy explains what content is sent for processing and why. Review it before adding material you are responsible for keeping private.

Plan, usage, and billing

The billing section shows your current plan and usage. Follow the plan or subscription controls there to change your plan or manage an existing subscription.

Allowances can include monthly processing and saved-content capacity. Check the current values shown in your account rather than assuming that another person’s limits apply to you.

If a paid plan is missing, confirm that you signed into the account used for checkout. Contact support if the account and purchase are correct and the plan still does not appear. Avoid purchasing again to troubleshoot a missing entitlement.

Keep or remove content

To keep a copy of a Note, copy or download its Markdown export before deleting it.

Archiving hides a Note from active browsing while preserving it. Deletion removes the Note. Read the confirmation carefully before proceeding, especially when its material is used in a Workstream.

Delete your account

Use the account deletion controls in Account and complete the confirmation. This is a destructive action that removes your Vyxora data and sign-in account. Export anything you want to keep first.

Deleting a saved chat and forgetting a Project memory item are separate controls. Use Project memory when you want to review or remove retained chat details without deleting the whole account.
