Use Vyxora Capture

Vyxora Capture records audio from its browser toolbar popup. You choose when to record and when to send the recording to Vyxora.

Install Vyxora Capture from the official browser extension link on the Vyxora website. Sign in to the Vyxora workspace in the same browser profile, then open the extension from the toolbar.

Capture supports Chrome and Brave. Pin it to the toolbar if you want its controls close at hand.

Source What it captures
Mic Your microphone
Tab Audio from the browser tab where you opened Capture
Computer Audio made available by the browser’s sharing prompt

For Tab or Computer, use Include microphone if you also want your voice. Open the tab you intend to capture before opening the popup. Browser-owned pages such as extension settings cannot supply tab audio.

Computer audio may use a display-sharing prompt. Choose the source you intend to share and enable Share audio when offered. Vyxora keeps the audio and discards the video track. Available audio sources depend on your browser and operating system.

  1. Choose your source and microphone setting.
  2. Press Record and grant the requested audio permission.
  3. Use Pause and Resume when you need them. Closing the popup does not stop the recording.
  4. Reopen Capture and press Stop when you are finished.
  5. Choose General, Meeting, or Study, then press Create Note.

The recording stays local until you choose Create Note. Keep the browser running while the recording is active. Let the upload finish before closing the browser.

Once processing is accepted, you can record another Note. Use the latest-Note link or open your workspace Notes to check the result.

The Advanced controls include recording retention and, when available in your installed version, optional participant collection. Review the available setting before recording.

Participant collection depends on the browser meeting page. It can miss names, and observed participants are not confirmed transcript speakers. Review any supplied names in the Note’s Recording context.

For audio permission or missing-sound problems, follow the troubleshooting steps.
