Troubleshoot a problem

Start with the existing Note or Workstream. Its status and error message usually tell you more than uploading the same material again.

Open the Note from Notes and check its status. Audio needs transcription before the result can be generated. Longer recordings and queued work can take more time.

You can leave the processing page after the upload and processing request are accepted. Return through Notes to check progress. If a failure is shown, follow the retry action. Avoid creating duplicates while the existing Note is still running.

Open the failed Note and use its retry control. This keeps recovery attached to the existing material. Check any displayed permission or allowance message before retrying.

If the same error continues, contact support with the visible message, approximate time, input type, browser, and what you tried. Do not email a private recording or full transcript unless you intend to share it.

Try selecting and copying a paragraph in the original file. A scan or photograph of a page does not contain the text Vyxora needs.

Use OCR before uploading a scanned PDF, or paste the relevant text. Check extracted text in the Note or source preview. Tables, diagrams, and other layout-dependent content may lose context during extraction.

Check the chosen source. For Tab, play audio in the tab where you opened Capture. For Computer, check that Share audio was enabled and that your browser supports the chosen source. For your voice, enable the microphone and check the browser permission.

Keep microphone permission active for the recording’s duration. Some browser permission choices expire when the temporary permission page closes. If Capture offers a microphone recovery page, follow it and check the selected source before continuing.

Try a short, non-sensitive recording before a longer session. Playback or source availability in your browser does not guarantee every other participant was captured.

A Note is missing from Chat or a Workstream

Only completed Notes are eligible. Check whether the Note failed, is still processing, was deleted, or is outside your selected chat scope.

Archived Notes remain available to All Notes chat. A library folder does not automatically define chat scope. Check All Notes or Selected Notes explicitly.

An answer is incomplete or the chat stopped

Section titled “An answer is incomplete or the chat stopped”

Open the cited passages and check the selected scope. Add missing material when the Notes do not establish what you asked.

For a request error or interrupted reply, use Retry when offered. Vyxora attempts to recover the accepted turn. An error should not be treated as a finished assistant answer.

Check that it includes completed Notes and has finished preparing. Threads need relevant material to organize. A Workstream with no extracted project facts can stay empty.

If a build failed, use its recovery controls. If a new Note or focus is being processed, the previous Workstream version can remain visible until the replacement is ready.
