Search and organize Notes

Open Notes to browse your library. You can switch between list and grid views, search the content, and keep related Notes in folders.

Enter a word or phrase in the library search. Vyxora searches Note titles, summaries, generated sections, and transcripts. It does not include attached supporting sources in this library search.

For example, search for final copy to find Notes that mention that phrase. Open a matching result to go to the relevant passage. Using Back returns you to the search and view you were browsing. Refreshing starts a clean search.

Search follows the view you selected. Use Search all Notes when you want to widen it. Search finds saved material without generating an AI answer or using AI quota.

Choose a folder in the library navigation to browse it. All Notes shows the whole library, and Unfiled shows Notes that do not belong to a folder.

Use New folder to create a folder. To rename or remove an open folder, choose its three-dot Folder actions button, then Rename folder or Remove folder. A Note belongs to one folder or stays Unfiled. Deleting a folder keeps its Notes and makes them Unfiled.

To move several Notes, select them in the library and use the folder action. Folder changes do not rebuild Notes or change their Workstreams. Your plan’s current folder allowance appears in the relevant controls.

Open a Note’s menu to pin it. Pinned Notes appear before the date groups in the active view. During a search, results remain ordered by relevance.

Archive a Note when you want it out of active browsing. Find it in Archived and restore it when needed. Archiving keeps the Note, its folder, pin state, and Workstream memberships.

Archived Notes remain searchable within the selected scope and available to All Notes chat. Use deletion when you intend to remove a Note rather than put it aside.

A Note can belong to several Workstreams. Open its Workstream links in the library or Note detail to continue into a related project.

Selecting Notes and choosing Add to Workstream attaches them to an existing Workstream. It does not move them out of their library folder.

For answers across saved material, use Ask your notes. For ongoing project context, create a Workstream.
