Create your first Note

A Note keeps your original material together with a summary, key topics, and a map. The mode you choose shapes the other sections, such as meeting action items or study questions.

You need a Vyxora account to save and process a Note. Before your first AI request, Vyxora asks for permission to process your content. You can review that choice later in Account.

  1. Open Upload in the workspace.
  2. Choose Audio recording or Transcript or document.
  3. For audio, choose a recording from your device. For text, paste your material or choose a supported document.
  4. Select General, Meeting, or Study.
  5. Use the primary action to submit your material. If you started before signing in, finish signing in when prompted.

The upload screen shows the current file allowance. Keep that page open while the upload finishes. Once processing is accepted, follow its progress or return to Notes to check it later.

Audio is transcribed before the Note is organized. Pasted text and documents skip that transcription step. PDFs, Word documents, and slides need selectable text. Scanned pages need OCR before you add them.

Mode Use it for What to look for
General Ideas, interviews, planning, reflections, or mixed material Main points, topics, and useful next steps
Meeting Work calls and discussions that need follow-up Decisions, tasks, owners, and blockers
Study Classes, lectures, workshops, and reading Concepts, definitions, and a review checklist

General is selected by default. Pick the mode that matches what you want to do with the material.

These are prepared examples. Try each mode to see how the same discussion can be organized.

Find the Note in Notes. When processing finishes, open it to read the result and original material. The available sections depend on the mode and what the source contains.

For a newly completed audio Note, you may see an optional question about who was there. Add the names you know if they would help, or dismiss it. You can edit Recording context later under Sources.

AI notes can miss details. Review important decisions, names, and tasks against the original material before relying on them.

Next, read and explore your Note. If processing fails, retry the existing Note.
